The boiling water can be set to 7 different temperatures between 75 - 98 degrees Celcius. The options are 75, 85, 90, 95, 96, 97, 98 degrees Celcius.

The cold filtered water can be set in 1 degree increments between 4 - 14 degrees Celsius.
